Due to logistics reason, soap liquid have to be removed,  it may left some foam inside the box or a little wet, that's normal, not second hand product!

As the liquid should be removed before sending,  we will carefully open it and check before sending, normally there is no crack on the lid, if a little crack won't affect the using,  if you want to open the lid by yourself,  you can check following video how to safely open the bottle cap
